We are dedicated to providing a high standard of care and service to all our patients and welcome any suggestions or ideas you may have to improve. Our suggestions box is located in the main reception area, or alternatively please feel free to voice any concerns to a member of staff or email Jeff Villiers (Practice Manager).

If you would like to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing to:

You will receive a letter of acknowledgement within 2 working days of receiving your letter and can expect a response to your complaint within 10-14 working days. If our investigation into the complaint is going to take any longer, we will write to you and let you know.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response you do have the right to contact the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman’s Office (PHSO) to request an independent review of your complaint.

Alternatively, you may ask for an appointment with the Practice Manager in order to discuss your concerns. He will explain the complaints procedure to you and ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly.
