Riverside Cross Country Ramble

A 2-hour ramble through the hidden fields and pastures that adjoin the mighty river Mersey. The walk discovers wildflowers, trees, flora and fauna and we pay a short visit to the delightful festival gardens. This special event is part of the National Garden Scheme

and gives visitors the opportunity to discover one of the finest Victorian Walled gardens in the North West.
