PRACTICE MANAGER - Jeff Villiers

ASSISTANT PRACTICE MANAGER - Viv Thomson assists with the smooth running of the Practice.

SECRETARIES - Joanne Heath and Sue Heilbron generate hospital referrals and liaise with both hospitals and patients.

RECEPTION & ADMIN TEAM - Jackie Wignell, Cindy Helbert, Jenny Attrill, Sue McCall,  Ann Randles and Susan Rogers, make appointments for patients and handle patient queries both face to face and over the telephone.

LAB REPORTS - (Path Links Clerk) Ann Rigney-Stuart is responsible for all blood and x-ray results including follow up action. She is the point of contact for our patients and hospital laboratories.

PRESCRIBING CLERK - Melanie Stead generates all repeat prescriptions. She liaises with hospitals and pharmacists and is able to answer any patient queries regarding prescriptions.

CLEANER - Edna Sharpe helps keep the practice clean for patients and staff.
