If you would like to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing to:

You will receive a letter of acknowledgement within 2 working days of receiving your letter and can expect a response to your complaint within 10-14 working days. If our investigation into the complaint is going to take any longer, we will write to you and let you know.
If you are dissatisfied with our response you have the right to ask the Healthcare Commission to review your case. The Healthcare Commission is an independent body established to promote improvements in healthcare through the assessment of the performance of those who provide services. This must be requested within two months from the date of our response.

Alternatively, you may ask for an appointment with the Practice Manager in order to discuss your concerns. He will explain the complaints procedure to you and ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly.
